Youtube has a download feature!

The true HD option and now this...

I was watching Obama's weekly address, although I'm not American and don't live in America. Besides the HD option being on the lower right hand corner, a "Click to download" is now apparent on the lower left hand corner.
Oddly, many recent videos do not sport that feature, so I did more research and found out that it is a uploader choice to supply viewers with the option to download.
Youtube has taken many steps forward lately such as Widescreen mode and High Definition. Hopefully YouTubers enable this feature more often.

The video was 5+ minutes, with a total of 17mb. The resolution would be below 640x460, although the quality is very crispy, yum. Unfortunately, you are unable to download the HD version of the video, I've tried watching the video in HD, then trying to download the video, yet it still appears at the same small resolution.
